Iran Says: “Trump Must surrender to Iran — or U.S. Allies Will return to the Stone Age”

Threats from Donald Trump that Iran must capitulate have been met with strong reactions in Tehran, where the country now clearly rejects the U.S. demands for a ceasefire.

Iran’s leadership signals that it does not intend to give in to American ultimatums. At the same time, the U.S. has warned of new attacks if Iran does not accept the conditions, further escalating the conflict.

But the response from Iran is harsh. Mahdi Mohammadi, adviser to Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, wrote in a post on X:

“Iran has clearly and overtly won the war and will only accept an ending that consolidates its gains and creates a new security regime in the region. The true state of affairs is this: it is Trump who has about 20 hours to either surrender to Iran or his allies will return to the Stone Age. We will not back down!”

The statement reflects a clear line from the Iranian side: the country sees itself not as pressured, but rather as the stronger party in the conflict. Iran has also signaled its own demands, including around sanctions and regional security, instead of accepting U.S. terms.

At the same time, rhetoric continues to harden on both sides. From Iran’s perspective, the message is clear — it does not intend to yield to threats, and the conflict risks deepening further.
